Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Plan project execution through daily plans and scheduling related to permits, manpower, completion, ATP, etc
- Coordinate negotiations with partners/vendors regarding project needs, problems and conditions
- Evaluate the implementation of actual work in accordance with the standards and provisions in the BoQ/design.
- Analyze operational and network system data, including DWDM technology.
- Prepare and present clear audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve compliance and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferable from Electro, Telecommunication, Civil, Industry, Informatics)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Management / Network Planning, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Solid knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMBOK/Agile/PRINCE2).
- Hands-on experience with backbone networks (DWDM, Metro-E, MPLS/IP).
- Proficiency in reporting & data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
