Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of digital strategies based on deep marketing research, consumer insights, and digital trends.
  • Oversee the work of Analysts and Creative Strategists to ensure strategic recommendations are insight-driven and creatively sound.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, performance, account) to ensure strategies are actionable and aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, presenting strategies and insights with clarity and confidence.
  • Guide and grow the strategic team through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative, learning-driven culture within the strategy department.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable digital plans, including content, media, and channel strategy.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and platforms to drive innovation in strategy development.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital strategy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional strategy teams in a creative or digital agency.
  • Strong background in marketing research, consumer behavior analysis, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, manage, and inspire a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, media performance, and integrated campaign development.
