About the role
As a Warehouse Coordinator at SATEX Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution facilities in Dayeuhkolot, West Java. This full-time contract position is responsible for coordinating the flow of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring the seamless implementation of logistics strategies to support the company's manufacturing and transport operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Oversee and optimise inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures and protocols to streamline processes
- Coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and performing their duties effectively
- Liaise with production, logistics, and transportation teams to align warehouse operations with broader business objectives
- Analyse warehouse data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing and distribution industry
- Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
