Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or Learning & Development.
  • Strong understanding of change management, talent development, and performance management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training or development programs.
  • Proficient in data analysis and HR metrics to measure organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into practical OD solutions.
