Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or Learning & Development.
- Strong understanding of change management, talent development, and performance management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training or development programs.
- Proficient in data analysis and HR metrics to measure organizational effectiveness.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into practical OD solutions.
