Position: Account Manager

Reports To: Director of Operations

Status: Full Time / Non Exempt

Regional Office Location: Semarang, Indonesia

Responsible for maintaining communication with suppliers, peers and Headquarters to ensure smooth flow of information and goods.

Core Responsibilities:

Participates in and documents discussions during client meetings and conference calls.

·

Responsible for reviewing samples, swatches and verifying production specs

·

Receives and distributes Purchase orders and expedites responses on delivery estimates and timelines indicated on Pro Forma

·

Processes internal information requests through email and Grovesite

·

Develops and maintains a working-level understanding of assigned vendor's products and procedures.

·

Proactively communicating with clients daily in a professional, efficient manner.

·

Coordinates Shipments and arranges consolidations as needed

·

Reviews Quality Issues and Develops Corrective Action Plans

·

Serves as product inspector as need arises

·

Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesia Bahasa

·

High level of organization and detail oriented

·

Willing to take initiative to complete assigned tasks

·

Strong work ethic

·

High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities

·

Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting agency business

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with more than two years of furniture industry experience preferred bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
