Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team for a new implementation project in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas, and supporting the finance and controlling operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute SAP FICO configuration and implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Ensure integration with related modules (MM, SD, and others).
  • Provide functional expertise on financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
  • Manage and support tax-related functionalities and compliance within the SAP system.
  • Conduct testing, training, and documentation for end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during and after implementation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • Proven experience in new implementation projects (not only support or rollout).
  • Strong background in the retail industry .
  • Practical experience with tax programs and processes .
  • Solid understanding of financial business processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite (WFO) in West Jakarta.
