Job Overview:
As a freelance recruiter, you will have the opportunity to earn additional high income in your spare time by leveraging your existing talent network and industry knowledge to source mid-to-senior level talent for our clients in the Indonesian market. You will be responsible for the entire process, from sourcing and evaluating to recommending candidates, and you will receive generous commissions for every candidate you successfully refer who joins the client company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify passive candidates who meet job requirements using platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints, Kalibrr, as well as your personal network.
  • Recommendation & Coordination: Refer high-quality candidates to us and assist in coordinating subsequent interview processes.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain positive and professional communication with both candidates and our internal recruitment team to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Market Insights: Provide insights into talent market trends and salary benchmarks in specific Indonesian sectors (e.g., technology, finance, marketing, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in human resources recruitment, headhunting, or RPO firms in Indonesia.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Indonesian labor market, employment laws, and recruitment in at least one core area (e.g., sales, finance, Mandarin-proficient talent, etc.).
  • Network: An active network of mid-to-senior level talent within your specialized field.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) or Mandarin.
  • Results-Driven: A proven track record of successful recruitment placements and performance-based achievements.
