What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer tailored banking solutions (e.g. payroll and digital services).
  • Drive customer acquisition through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Monitor account performance, portfolio growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, digital) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital banking trends, competitor offerings, and market insights.

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Relationship Manager, Business Development, or Sales in banking/financial services (experience in digital banking or fintech is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow client portfolios.
  • Good understanding of retail and SME banking products, including payroll solutions, credit processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and passionate about digital innovation in banking.
