Senior Fashion Designer

Responsibilities
:

Managing design process with technical drawing process
Conducting research & development to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques
Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts
Create and manage production development schedules
Ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy
Selecting fabrics and trims
Responsible for physical sampling and ensure it's process until the technical pack
Reviewing products for style and fit during presentation.
Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to the stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design or fine arts, or college degree in fashion design or related field.
4+ years in similar positions and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator, and able to use CLO3D is a Plus
Availability to travel for research and product development
Excellent design and conceptual skills
Excellent sense of style and color
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to meet multiple deadlines
Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines and demonstrate an ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
