Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operational Management, Economics, Business Management or any related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working effectively with clients.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to provide strategic recommendations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

  • Assess corporate structures, financial performance, and operational processes.
  • Identify challenges, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assist companies in implementing new policies, technologies, or management structures and provide guidance on organizational change and employee adaptation.
