What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's goals and values.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by building relationships with potential applicants and leveraging various recruitment channels.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise the recruitment process.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically as a Recruitment Specialist.
- Possess deep knowledge of candidate sourcing strategy for all position level.
- Have strong knowledge in using various media for attracting potential candidate.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing is a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Possess positive attitude, and working ethics, also have strong working motivation.
- Candidate should be willing to work at Jepara.
