What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's goals and values.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by building relationships with potential applicants and leveraging various recruitment channels.
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise the recruitment process.

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience specifically as a Recruitment Specialist.
Possess deep knowledge of candidate sourcing strategy for all position level.
Have strong knowledge in using various media for attracting potential candidate.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Fluent in English both speaking and writing is a must.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
Possess positive attitude, and working ethics, also have strong working motivation.
Candidate should be willing to work at Jepara.
