What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's goals and values.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by building relationships with potential applicants and leveraging various recruitment channels.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise the recruitment process.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience specifically as a Recruitment Specialist.
  • Possess deep knowledge of candidate sourcing strategy for all position level.
  • Have strong knowledge in using various media for attracting potential candidate.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing is a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Possess positive attitude, and working ethics, also have strong working motivation.
  • Candidate should be willing to work at Jepara.
