Bachelor Degree in a technical dicipline, preferably from mechanical or electrical engineering.
Minimum 10 years in manufacturing transformer experience.
Must be familiar with problem solving tools and methodology (Have understanding implementation of Supply Chain, QCC, TQM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM)
Excellent organization, time management and strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset to lead the whole manufacturing.
Experience in on the job training management is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skill, strong leadership, have a good personality, strong logical thinking ability and analytical ability, problem solving and decision making
Fluent in English both speaking and writing (mandarin is preferred).
Willing to be placed in KITIC Cikarang
