Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment for outsourced daily workers from sourcing to onboarding
- Execute fast-track hiring strategies using job portals, referrals, and communities
- Screen and interview candidates to match role requirements and client needs
- Maintain organized candidate data and ensure prompt follow-up at all stages
- Coordinate with operations and client teams to fulfill staffing requests efficiently
- Support administrative hiring tasks including document collection and contract issuance
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in outsourcing or high-volume hiring
- Able to manage full-cycle recruitment under tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across diverse candidate groups
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
- Familiar with recruitment databases
- Understanding of labor regulations for daily workers is a plus
