Veranda Hotel & Residence @ Puri is looking for a professional and service-oriented Front Office Supervisor to lead our front office team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a hospitality mindset, and proven experience in hotel front office operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Lead, train, and support Front Desk Agents in delivering high-quality guest service
- Handle guest check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest complaints professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments for guest needs
- Monitor room status, reservations, and daily reports
- Ensure front office procedures and service standards are maintained at all times
- Assist in preparing duty schedules and monitoring staff performance
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front office environment
- Handle VIP arrivals and ensure special requests are met
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards
Requirements
- Familiar using PowerPro system
- Minimum education Diploma (D3)
- Experience as Front Office Supervisor in hotel or minimum 2–3 years as Front Desk Agent (FDA)
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate the team
- Well-groomed, confident, and guest-oriented
- Willing to be placed at Veranda Hotel & Residence @ Puri, West Jakarta
