Adecco Indonesia is currently representing our client in their search for a Financial Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the overall finance and accounting operations across multiple business units in Indonesia, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and strategic financial management to support business growth.
Job Descriptions
- Lead the end-to-end finance and accounting functions across business units, ensuring compliance with PSAK/IFRS and internal company policies.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor realization, and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, fixed assets, accruals, and depreciation.
- Ensure effective implementation and consistency of ERP (Oracle) systems across business units.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Act as the key liaison for internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (Procurement, HR, Operations) to maintain financial discipline and policy compliance.
- Supervise, guide, and develop the finance and accounting teams to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Support CFO and management in business planning, financial strategy, and performance evaluation.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control management.
- Strong background in audit or public accounting (KAP experience preferred).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, discipline, and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the healthcare, service, or multinational environment will be an advantage.
