Position Analysis: Conduct thorough communication with clients to accurately analyze position requirements and develop effective talent sourcing strategies.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (such as talent databases, social media, referrals, and targeted headhunting) to efficiently identify and source potential candidates.
Candidate Assessment and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening and interviews, evaluate candidates' professional competencies, cultural fit, and motivation, and prepare professional candidate assessment reports.
Process Coordination and Follow-up: Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, provide end-to-end follow-up and professional guidance, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Support: Assist with salary negotiations, conduct background checks, and support post-offer follow-up to ensure the successful completion of the recruitment process.
Position Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruiting for the logistics, pharmaceutical, or retail industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in either English or Mandarin are required.
- Previous headhunting experience is advantageous.
