Job Purpose

To lead and direct all sales and marketing activities to achieve the property's revenue targets, enhance brand awareness, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Supervise the Sales & Marketing team, set KPIs, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and media partnerships to increase brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, online travel agents (OTAs), and other key partners.
  • Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Reservation teams to optimize revenue.
  • Monitor and control the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and return on investment.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to ensure guest satisfaction and brand consistency.
  • Initiate new product ideas and promotional packages to enhance competitiveness and drive additional revenue.
