Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting, screening, interviewing, to hiring administration.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Support general HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance monitoring, and HR administrative tasks.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or HR generalist role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable handling general HR admin tasks outside recruitment.
