Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Semarang for an Administrative Specialist. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, providing customer service, managing financial records, and supporting various departments within the company. The role includes tasks such as answering phone calls, managing appointments, conducting data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, the specialist will assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Administrative Assistance experience
- Background in Finance, including budgeting and financial tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
