Prestasi Junior Indonesia is part of one of the world's largest NGO focusing on youth, Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, which focuses on preparing young people for employment and entrepreneurship.
We are now seeking a motivated
Admin School Based Program
to supporting the school-based program administrative process and ensuring smooth coordination within the Program Implementation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for all
school-based programs
and
ad-hoc projects
within the Program Implementation area. - Assist in preparing
teaching and training materials (PowerPoint presentations)
for classroom and facilitator use. - Support the
AM School-based Program and coordinators
in daily administrative needs related to program operations. - Record and maintain all
incoming and outgoing letters and documents
in an organized manner. - Prepare and manage
official correspondence and documentation
related to program activities. - Handle and record the
program alumni database
to ensure accurate and updated data. - Manage and maintain data related to
Puspresnas
in collaboration with each program's
PIC. - Assist in
arranging meeting schedules
and coordination with internal and external stakeholders when needed. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager that are consistent with the overall focus of the project.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong administrative, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
