Bali-based Personal Assistant (Admin–Legal, Hospitality & Marketing)

What you'll do (in a nutshell)

  • Handle administrative and simple legal documents, filing, and renewals.
  • Perform on-site quality control at villas/hotels to ensure standards are met.
  • Manage guest communications and coordinate smooth check-ins/outs.
  • Support marketing (Canva, captions, posting, simple photos/videos) and create basic materials.
  • Keep trackers, expenses, and digital archives tidy and up to date.

  • Reliable, organized, and detail-minded; confident in spoken & written English.
  • Comfortable juggling priorities and communicating clearly with guests & vendors.
  • Mobile and willing to travel between properties (occasionally evenings/weekends), potentially to Surabaya and around Bali.
  • Bonus: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Canva; SIM A/C a plus.
