What you'll do (in a nutshell)
- Handle administrative and simple legal documents, filing, and renewals.
- Perform on-site quality control at villas/hotels to ensure standards are met.
- Manage guest communications and coordinate smooth check-ins/outs.
- Support marketing (Canva, captions, posting, simple photos/videos) and create basic materials.
- Keep trackers, expenses, and digital archives tidy and up to date.

- Comfortable juggling priorities and communicating clearly with guests & vendors.
- Mobile and willing to travel between properties (occasionally evenings/weekends), potentially to Surabaya and around Bali.
- Bonus: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Canva; SIM A/C a plus.
