ASUS Indonesia is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate to join our Office Management Team.
a. Key Responsibilities:
- Payment administration to Vendor
- Assist IT team to record and administration
- Record data sample and assets
- Process payment administration (Reimbursement Claims).
b. Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 2 years of working experience in as admin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Highly attentive to detail, well-organized, and good at time management.
