ASUS Indonesia is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate to join our Office Management Team.

a. Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment administration to Vendor
  • Assist IT team to record and administration
  • Record data sample and assets
  • Process payment administration (Reimbursement Claims).

b. Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of working experience in as admin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Highly attentive to detail, well-organized, and good at time management.
