Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for an Information Technology Manager located in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. The IT Manager will oversee daily IT operations, manage IT staff, ensure system efficiency, enforce security protocols, and implement new technology solutions. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring data integrity and cyber security within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in IT management, system administration, and network management especially in Fintech & BPO Industry
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Proficiency in cybersecurity measures and protocols
- Knowledge of database management and data integrity
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and updated regulation
