Job Title: General Manager of Indonesia BranchLocation: Jakarta, IndonesiaCore Responsibilities:

●Develop and execute Indonesian regional sales strategies to meet annual targets.

●Manage key accounts in manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods industries.

●Build and lead local sales teams, drive cross-departmental collaboration with headquarters.

●Ensure compliance with local regulations and expand localized business.

Requirements:

●Bachelor's degree or above; 8-10+ years of TOB sales & management experience (TOB software industry preferred).

●Overseas experience in Southeast Asia/APAC, with rich key customer resources.

●Familiar with Indonesian business culture; Proficient in Chinese and English (bilingual proficiency preferred); Indonesian is a plus.

●Strong business acumen, team management, and risk control capabilities.
