We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Supervisor to drive brand awareness and patient engagement through compelling content. You will oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle—from planning and creation to distribution and performance analysis—across all digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand and business goals

Plan and manage editorial calendars for campaigns and daily content

Coordinate content production, including shoots and content making
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and clinic teams to deliver 360° campaigns

Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and conversions
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in skin clinics, healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle sectors

Proven ability to manage content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, newsletters, etc.)

Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional collaborations

Familiarity with content performance metrics and basic data analysis
