Code Reviewer (Software Quality & Secure Coding Specialist)

We're looking for an experienced Code Reviewer — someone who's passionate about code quality, secure coding, and engineering excellence.

This role is perfect for a senior developer or technical lead who enjoys diving into code, finding ways to make it cleaner, safer, and more efficient.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth code reviews across multiple projects to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.

• Identify issues in logic, performance, and security early in the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to define and enforce coding standards.

• Mentor engineers on best practices for clean architecture and secure coding.

• Support continuous improvement of our CI/CD and testing pipelines.

• (Preferred) Lead or contribute to simulator development for testing financial or high-precision systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or System 3. Analyst, with proven experience in code review and quality assurance.

• Mandatory Certifications:

• Software Quality Assurance — e.g., ISTQB, CSQE

• Secure Coding / Application Security — e.g., CSSLP (ISC²), GIAC GSSP, OWASP Secure Coding, or CompTIA Security+

• Information Security Compliance — e.g., ISO/IEC 27001 Implementer or Auditor

• Strong experience in Java, Python, .NET, and JavaScript, and deep understanding of coding best practices.

• Familiarity with static and dynamic code analysis tools, Git-based workflows, and DevSecOps practices.
