Greeter Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance with Academy SOPs: Maintain adherence to SOPs for smooth academy operations.
  • Warmly Welcome Academy Visitors: Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Facilitate Team Handover: Ensure smooth transitions between shifts or teams.
  • Conduct Daily Report Checks: Review reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Accurate Membership Data Entry: Record and update membership details precisely.
  • Manage Member Requests and Concerns: Handle inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with Club Events and Promotions: Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
  • Interact with Students for Assistance: Provide help and guidance to students as needed.
  • Maintain Organized Records and Reporting: Keep well-organized records and submit reports as required.
  • Assist with Cleaning Duties: Help maintain a clean and hygienic academy environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player with effective collaboration abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with academy operations is an advantage.
