Greeter Administrator Responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance with Academy SOPs: Maintain adherence to SOPs for smooth academy operations.
- Warmly Welcome Academy Visitors: Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Facilitate Team Handover: Ensure smooth transitions between shifts or teams.
- Conduct Daily Report Checks: Review reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Accurate Membership Data Entry: Record and update membership details precisely.
- Manage Member Requests and Concerns: Handle inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with Club Events and Promotions: Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
- Interact with Students for Assistance: Provide help and guidance to students as needed.
- Maintain Organized Records and Reporting: Keep well-organized records and submit reports as required.
- Assist with Cleaning Duties: Help maintain a clean and hygienic academy environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with effective collaboration abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred.
- Familiarity with academy operations is an advantage.
