Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Marketing based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Head of Marketing will lead the development of strategic marketing plans, manage marketing campaigns, oversee market research initiatives, and ensure successful sales and public relations efforts. Daily responsibilities include coordinating marketing teams, analyzing market data for strategy refinement, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and managing promotional efforts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and developing strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Strong skills in conducting Market Research and analyzing market trends for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in Sales strategies and driving revenue growth in a competitive industry.
  • Knowledge in Public Relations, including stakeholder management and brand positioning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the exhibition or events industry is a strong advantage.
