About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechatronics/Electronic/Electrical Production Engineer to join our team at PT Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia (PECGI). As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position based in Bekasi, West Java.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and oversee the installation of new machinery
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations
What we're looking for
- Diploma's degree in Mechatronics/Electronic/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a production engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of PLC (Panasonic, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.), Microcontroller, Servo Motor (robot cylinder, etc.), Electric Motor
- Proficient in automation system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles
