Your Profile:
- Diploma or bachelor's in engineering or administration field.
- Min. of 3 years of work experience in quality assurance
- MS Office, good command of the English language, SAP knowledge desirable, negotiation skills
- Understand about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements.
- Understand about the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
Your Contribution:
- To coordinate the implementation of supplier qualifications based on requests from purchasing which includes preparing supplier questionnaires, coordinating the implementation of audits, and ensuring people inspection, trial or validation is carried out according to the set time limit.
- To cooperate with responsible users from other departments in preparing material specifications which are included in category 1 (SCHOTT Igar Standard Inspection System).
- To prepare an annual supplier audit plan under the supervision of the supervisor and ensure that the audit is carried out in accordance with the applicable timeframe.
- To represent Quality of SCHOTT to perform supplier audit and follow up the supplier audit result.
- To coordinate evaluations of responses and corrective actions given by suppliers in relation to supplier complaint reports sent to suppliers.
- To perform onsite supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues on cause audit case.
- To review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain (on quarterly and yearly basis).
- To participate in annual supplier evaluations (Quality Section).
- To control and maintain document management system
- Become a deputy of Design and Specification (DNS) Asia and Schott Igar Glass when needed.
- When needed, provide advice related to specification and design activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for supplier qualification and monitoring program
- Coordinate and conduct supplier quality audits
- Evaluate supplier quality performance and metrics
- Maintain supplier quality database and records
- Coordinate with internal departments on supplier quality matters
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, such as company production data, quality data of other customers, and information related to company technology.
