What You'll Do :

Master brand knowledge to confidently share insights with customers.

Supervise boutique operations, including sales activities, inventory management, and cash reconciliation.
Maintain an up-to-date customer database and track preferences for personalized service.
Consistently achieve and exceed boutique monthly sales targets.
Monitor stock inventory and ensure the boutique's aesthetics and tools are impeccable.

What You'll Need To Succeed :

At least 2 years of experience in high-end brands, enabling you to serve clients with confidence.
Robust business knowledge paired with polished professional communication skills.
A team player mindset while also excelling at independent work.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
