Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. They will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, lead talent management initiatives, and foster a positive organizational culture. The role also involves mentoring HR team members, evaluating performance metrics, and spearheading training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leadership and department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and culture-building initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee HR compliance, policy implementation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Coach and develop HR team members to ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide strategic input in manpower planning and organizational design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of HR strategy, organization development, and Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus.
