Job Descriptions:
- Develop and ensure implementation of policies and procedures within the Finance Directorate to optimize work processes.
- Conduct reviews and analysis of development needs for policies, procedures, and flow processes that support the development of finance management in the company.
- Identify and recommend improvements to policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of work processes.
- Develop and maintain complete and organized documentation of policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Accounting Information Systems.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance policy, process improvement, or a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business operations and process flows.
- Proficiency in data analysis and information processing, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent presentation skills (Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Ability to grasp multifinance market dynamics and economic conditions.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Willing to work at Sunter - North Jakarta.
