The Contest & Event Specialist plays a key role in supporting Sequis Agency's business growth by developing creative and impactful contest and event strategies to drive AA, NH, MAAPR, MAPR & FYAP performance. This role involves end-to-end responsibilities, from ideation and planning, to execution, follow-up, and performance monitoring, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative contest & event concepts to drive Agency sales and recruitment performance (AA, NH, FYAP, MAAPR, MAPR).
- Analyze performance trends, identify gaps/opportunities, and design targeted programs aligned with strategic business goals.
- Plan and execute end-to-end contests/events, managing communication, timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, ADC, Sales Leaders) to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare supporting materials such as mechanics, flyers, talking points, and dashboards.
- Track and analyze contest/event performance vs. KPIs; generate reports and insights for management and leaders.
- Coordinate with regions and branches to ensure participation and maximize results.
- Gather feedback and benchmark best practices to continuously improve contest and event initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Min. 3 years of experience in sales activation or agency business.
- Strong analytical thinking and creativity.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills (in both Bahasa Indonesia and English).
