Senior Staff Warehouse – JAKARTA AREA

Job Description

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major (Diploma might be considerable)
Experience at least 3 years in warehouse operations, preferably in Instrument & Technology or Spare parts warehouse.
Proficiency in using software applications Mic. Office & Odoo (mandatory).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, on weekend and public holiday
Strong knowledge and compliance to Supply Chain Management.
Accuracy in data entry and documentation is crucial to prevent errors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operation.

Job Responsible

Monitor and control warehouse operations from inbound to outbound or vice versa to ensure accordance with Standard Operational Procedure (SOP).
Coordinating both internal (within the warehouse team) and external (with suppliers, customers, etc.).
Managing inventory records, updating databases, processing orders and scheduled stock opname.
Maintenance and organizing paperwork such as invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents.
Addressing any administrative issues or discrepancies that arise.
Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights on warehouse performance.
