REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer development, business development, or sales network management (experienced at FMCG and spare parts retail distribution is preferred)
- Proven track record in distribution network expansion and sales growth
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable presenting data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage dealers, internal teams, and senior management
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently with high initiative
- Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and strengthen the YUASA dealer network nationwide
- Analyze dealer performance and identify growth opportunities using market and sales data
- Maintain active communication with dealers to resolve issues and build long-term relationships
- Design and execute dealer incentive programs, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management
