Description :
- Oversee all aspects of the supply chain management/production base, including procurement, production planning and inventory control (PPIC), demand forecasting, and fulfillment.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize lead times, and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain processes, such as implementing new technologies or streamlining workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supplier disruptions or capacity constraints, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and other external partners to enhance collaboration and drive innovation within the supply chain.
Capable of managing the entire process from raw material purchasing → production lead time → production inventory and shipment
Requirement :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in SCM Manager role or related roles, with a proven track record of success in data analysis, analytics, and project management within in F&B, FMCG or Retail Industry.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) also data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and best practices, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex projects from conception to completion, with a focus on driving tangible results.
- Highly analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs with in factory and Head Office.
