Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain various types of technical documentation, ensuring the language used is clear, concise, and suitable for the intended audience.
- Present complex technical information in an organized and logical structure, using visuals such as diagrams, flowcharts, or tables to support understanding.
- Ensure all technical documents remain accurate and up-to-date in line with ongoing product or service developments.
- Manage document version control and maintain consistency across multiple document types and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Testers, and Developers to gather insights, verify accuracy, and align documentation with system functionality and design.
- Review and standardize existing documentation to ensure alignment with company standards and style guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software development or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts in IT systems.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, Notion, or Markdown editors.
- Experience using visualization tools (e.g., Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Figma) to create diagrams and process flows.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
