Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Main Responsibilities:
- Open and develop new international markets while managing and growing existing markets
- Negotiate and close commercial deals to secure new distribution channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, distributors and retail partners to strengthen product presence
- Coordinate with local partners to promote the product effectively in the target markets; Plan and manage international trade events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and expansion areas
- Monitor end-to-end export process, including quotation and agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
- Provide regular reports and market insights on international performance to the management as well as strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in international business development or export sales preferably in FMCG industry
- Has experience of export sales management (export regulations, logistic, and documentation requirements)
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute effective market entry strategies
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with overseas clients
- Willingness to travel internationally to meet with customers and attend industry events
