Key Responsibilities:

-Lead, coach, and manage a team of 10 Sales Executives

-Develop and execute effective sales strategies for both hunting (new business) and farming (existing accounts) to drive revenue growth.

-Identify and pursue opportunities across mining, power plant, mineral, and cement sectors.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners

-Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, finance, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Prepare sales forecasts, budget planning, and performance reports for management and corporate review.

-Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and client visits across Indonesia.

-Ensure sales activities align with company objectives and are compliant with internal policies.

Requirements:

-Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy equipment or related industries (mining, cement, power plant, mineral).

-Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.

-Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

-Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

-High initiative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Willing to travel as required.
