Membership Partnership Specialist
to join our team and help us grow, engage, and retain our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and close new collaboration with potential partners to drive growth, engagement, and mutual goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with key members.
- Run onboarding, education, and engagement activities for new members.
- Act as the voice of members internally → collect feedback and pass to Product/Marketing
- Organize community events, webinars, or campaigns.
- Handle the end-to-end process of paid projects: planning, sending proposals, monitoring execution, and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in Partnerships / Business Development / Community Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with both online (social media, community groups) and offline (events, meetups) engagement.
- Data-driven mindset; able to track engagement and suggest improvements.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about community building.
- Preferably in Multi Level Marketing or direct selling industry
