Do you enjoy building relationships, growing communities, and helping people get more value from a platform? We're looking for a
Membership Partnership Specialist
to join our team and help us grow, engage, and retain our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach and close new collaboration with potential partners to drive growth, engagement, and mutual goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key members.
  • Run onboarding, education, and engagement activities for new members.
  • Act as the voice of members internally → collect feedback and pass to Product/Marketing
  • Organize community events, webinars, or campaigns.
  • Handle the end-to-end process of paid projects: planning, sending proposals, monitoring execution, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Previous experience in Partnerships / Business Development / Community Development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with both online (social media, community groups) and offline (events, meetups) engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to track engagement and suggest improvements.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about community building.
  • Preferably in Multi Level Marketing or direct selling industry
