Schneider Electric – Field Service Engineer (Kota Batam)
  • Field service (customer site service and in-warranty unit repair) activities involving the installation, modification and repair of complex equipment and systems for single and three phase products. Particular focus is on service products.
  • Manage third party Service Vendors (CSPs) for the country and represent the company in day-to-day dealings with CSPs who will perform in warranty and out of warranty repairs on units.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 2 to 4 years industry experience including a minimum of 12 months power experience with hands-on working on 415 AC 3 phase and/or 800V DC equipment.
  • Good understanding in executing testing commissioning, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance product and equipment including with reporting and hand over certificate.
  • Highly organized skills.
  • Available for frequent irregular hours work.
  • Self motivation and able to work with less supervision.
  • High-level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to function successfully as part of a team.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from large size groups of managers, clients, and customers.
  • Excellent in English and computer knowledge.
Engineering Manager – Production (China)
  • Lead and manage large-scale technical teams, oversee production processes, industrial operations, and equipment maintenance to ensure the efficient and stable operation of production systems.
  • Take the lead in implementing lean production principles and process improvement initiatives; enhance product quality, safety, and operational efficiency through data analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Drive technological innovation and operational excellence, coordinate cross-departmental projects, and ensure the achievement of quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in English.
  • Over 8 years of technical management experience in large-scale manufacturing industries, with preference given to candidates who have experience managing teams of more than 500 people.
  • Proficient in lean production principles and data analysis methods; capable of using professional tools to identify problems and promote continuous improvement.
  • Result-oriented, able to proactively drive technological innovation and process optimization, and possess excellent team leadership and project management skills.
Engineering Manager – Caterpillar Indonesia (Batam)
  • Training and developing teams capable of completing business objectives and perform and support the plant operating functions.
  • Coordinating tool design, assembly, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, systems planning, layout, standards, releasing, etc.
  • Coordinating capital projects for process enhancement and to improve customer satisfaction, conducting research and ensuring proper approvals.
  • Coordinating the installation of new machines and equipment and process changes to provide the most efficient and economical manufacture or assembly of quality parts.
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.
  • Manufacturing Safety: Knowledge of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers, environment and site.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience Minimum of 7 years in similar role, preferably previously in heavy machinery or large components assembly processes.
Mechanical Engineer – PT GIK (Indonesia)
  • Handle mechanical design for new machine or modification.
  • Create Boom list and make 2D drawing.
  • Provide 4M Plan Sheet related with new machine or modification.
  • Report to Superior (weekly, monthly, yearly).
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with mechanical design CAD software (Solid Work, Solid Edge, etc.) and basic GD&T.
  • Have knowledge about mechanical adjustment method.
  • Able to build and concept for sequence machine.
  • Good representation reporting and data collection.
  • Good communication skill, analytical thinking and detail-oriented person.
  • Able to work in a team or individual.
  • Proficient in English both oral and written.
