We are seeking three passionate and results‑driven Sales Managers to lead our regional sales operations across Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan . In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales plans, leading high‑performing teams, and expanding our presence in the heavy equipment and mining truck industry .

You will build lasting partnerships with clients in the mining, contractor, and heavy logistics sectors , drive revenue growth through strategic market analysis, and collaborate closely with head office on procurement, tenders, and promotional activities .

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the mining, contractor, and heavy logistics sectors.
  • Manage and motivate the regional sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify new business opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the head office on unit procurement, event, tenders, and promotional strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the same position within the Heavy Equipment or Mining Truck Industry.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English, Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Willing to travel across regions as required.
  • Preferably residing in the same province as the designated area (Java, Sumatra, or Kalimantan).
