About the role
We are seeking a talented Mandarin Speaker (Production) to join our dynamic team at PT Early Light International Indonesia. This full-time role is based in Kendal, Central Java, and will play a crucial part in our manufacturing operations, leveraging your strong Mandarin language skills to facilitate seamless collaboration with our international partners.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary Mandarin language liaison between our production team and our overseas suppliers and partners
- Translate and interpret Mandarin during meetings, calls, and correspondence to ensure clear and effective communication
- Assist in the coordination of production activities with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Provide cultural guidance and advice to help bridge any cultural gaps and foster positive working relationships
- Support the documentation and record-keeping process by translating and maintaining Mandarin-language records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between diverse stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex situations
- Adaptable and flexible, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
