Area Retail Manager

• Developing strategies to ensure that sales targets for each store can be achieved
• Ensuring product availability according to the sales targets and needs of each store
• Ensuring the fulfillment of visual merchandising standards for each store
• Ensuring proper implementation of procedures in each store
• Creating periodic reports for management (daily, weekly, monthly).

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum education Bachelor's Degree (in any field), with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Possesses strong leadership skills.
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel)
• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.
