We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented 
HR Generalist Specialist
 to join our team. This role is critical in supporting daily HR operational functions and contributing to the development of scalable HR processes and systems. Your responsibilities include 
payroll processing

leave & absence tracking

employee data management

BPJS administration
, and 
contract & document handling
. In addition, you'll support 
workflow design

HRIS improvements
, and help lay the groundwork for 
mid- to long-term HR process development

: Payroll | Absence & Leave Management | Contract & HR Admin | BPJS | Data Cleansing | Internal HR Support | Workflow & System Development | Strategic Process Building

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, including anomaly follow-ups and direct communication with members.
  • Handle employment contract administration — tracking renewals, preparing agreements (PKWT, PKWTT, Internship), and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS and master sheets, including BPJS, private insurance, and reimbursement databases.
  • Support the hiring and offboarding processes by preparing reports, documentation, and clearance administration.

2. System & Process Improvement

  • Participate in reviewing and updating HR policies, attendance rules, and HRIS configurations.
  • Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose automation or template-based improvements.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as workflow digitization, SOP updates, and process optimization.
  • Document and share best practices or SOPs to support team learning and development.

3. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to attendance, policies, and benefits.
  • Facilitate clear communication between HR and other departments to ensure smooth policy implementation.
  • Support initiatives that promote company values and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major,
  • Min 4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR administration
  • Labor Administration: Experience in attendance management, employment contract management, BPJS/social insurance procedures, and employee data management
  • Experience in recruitment processes: Practical experience in candidate management, interview scheduling, and offer letter issuance
  • Process Improvement Mindset and Execution: Experience driving data management and workflow improvements with demonstrable results
  • Basic System Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic function level)
  • English Communication Skills: Capable of clear written and verbal communication in English
  • Analytical Judgment: Ability to analyze labor cases (attendance, disputes, turnover data) with a data-driven approach instead of relying solely on assumptions.
  • Nice to Have (Preferred: Future Potential)
  • Experience in business process improvement or system implementation projects. Specifically, experience implementing and operating ATS or HRIS systems
  • Experience monitoring KPIs, reports, etc.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring junior staff
