Qualifications:
  • proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with demonstrated success managing multiple teams and disciplines (e.g., Digital marketing content, Graphic Designer & Video editing, Social Media, copywriting, Broadcasting and KOL)
  • Preferable in FASHION/BEAUTY industries for 4-5 years.
  • Strong leadership skills (mentoring, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams)
  • exceptional ability to craft and execute strategic marketing and creative initiatives to elevate brand awareness and engagement
  • in-depth understanding of all relevant marketing functions, including digital marketing, influencer (KOL) strategies, creative and conten production
  • strong analytical mindset, decision making, problem solving, and insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee multiple Marketing sub-divisions, including : Digital marketing content, Graphic Designer & Video editing, Social Media, copywriting and KOL
  • Provide strategic direction and inspire a high-performing team to deliver innovative, impactful, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive performance across all marketing disciplines to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and execute the creative and strategic vision for the brand, ensuring consistency in visual aesthetics, messaging, and overall brand experience.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, campaigns, and content strategies across multiple channels that align with the brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
