Responsibilities
- Manage budget and set direction for the brand to achieve financial and business objectives.
- Develop and oversee social media campaigns across platforms.
- Support brand visibility through online and offline initiatives, KOL management, and PR activities.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the hospitality and lifestyle industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
