We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to support our client's software/hardware portfolio. This senior individual contributor role will focus on driving go-to-market strategies, enabling channel partners, and growing revenue across a connected construction ecosystem.

Description

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies for civil construction and geospatial solutions.
  • Support channel partners and resellers in technical pre-sales, solution positioning, and deal closure.
  • Drive adoption of connected construction technologies across the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including public works agencies and major construction firms.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and technical teams to ensure partner success.

Profile

  • Background: Civil engineering, machine control, or geospatial surveying.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction hardware/software solutions.
  • Well-networked within the construction industry, with connections to government/public works and major contractors.
  • Proven ability to influence and support channel partners in complex sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
